From 181 to now after 6 months of losing weight (not sucking it in).
After losing the weight and in the past 2 months of lifting, my new goal is to achieve somewhat of an ab definition, tone/lower body fat (Last month I checked is around 22%, might be lower now) and continue on gaining muscle. Didn’t want to flex in the photos but I have separate ones of me flexing so I can compare for when I do gain muscle (which I have since I gained lb in muscle!! So happy!)
IGNORE THE NAKED BODY WITH SOCKS, SO HORRIBLE I KNOW AND THE LAST PHOTO IS SO UNATTRACTIVE SORRY.
